Cut the package open with scissors (easiest way)


Check the contents for accuracy

Peel back one side of double sided tape

Place it in the center of the Flat-D

Peel off the other side of the double sided tape

Place in underwear, in desired position

Make sure the Flatulence Deodorizer is in a good position and completely covers the anus area.
