Activated Charcoal is actually very expensive to manufacture and put in a cloth form. It does not last forever also. It acutally gets filled up with odor molecules and then does not work to absorb anymore.

There are 2 options for Charcoal Underwear- Underwear made out of plastic can be very HOT and make a swishy noise when you walk. Also when the elastic around the legs and waist gets loose, it allows gas to escape because it is the path of least resistance. Then that is a failure and others can smell the odor.

The other is underwear with a panel of charcoal sewn in it. This is very expensive and will only last a few months. What is the difference between that and putting a Flat-D pad in your own underwear?? If gas goes off to the side of the panel- it still gets out of the underwear. Their whole underwear is not made out of charcoal, just a panel of it.
